Maternity sessions are always something to look forward to. Joy is expecting her first child and it was my honour to capture this time for her. The fact that there is a little life growing and ready to come into this world is so incredible.
This session was more then just a Maternity session, we also wanted to make it a Beauty and Personal Branding session. When Joy arrived she had a full makeover. Her hair was styled and her makeup professionally applied. She was glowing! Look at all these curls!!
A basic black dress works for so many situations. In this case we see her belly based on her hand placement and are also drawn to her amazing smile! A smile that rarely leaves her face.
Joy didn't want to show her bare belly but we didn't have to to get some amazing images of this incredible time of new life and love.

Throughout her session we captured Beauty and Maternity images then at the end of the session also created some images specificially for personal branding that she needed.
